I love photos and believe photography is important and valuable because I LOVE FAMILIES! I love the beautiful, messy, and sometimes unexpected ways families knit together. I love the happy, heartbreaking, hilarious, and surprising moments that write our story; that write our family's stories. I am honored with the opportunity to capture and document tiny parts of those stories. Whether your family is brand new or spanning generations; celebrating a milestone or a random Tuesday; Capturing this part of your story is important and valuable!
Family photo sessions are laid back and simple, focusing on natural connections, making things easy for even the most reluctant family members. I offer several different options so you can pick what you feel best fits your family.
Standard Family Portrait Session
A 40-60 minute photoshoot for up to 6 people in a single location, multiple setups/family groupings, your choice of 10 professionally edited, high resolution digital images available to you through digital download with print release.

Extended Family Portrait Session
An up to 90 minute photoshoot for up to 20 people in a single location, multiple setups/family groupings, your choice of 20 professionally edited, high resolution digital images available to you through digital download with print release. (Good for large groups, or families that really want a robust portrait gallery.)

Mini Family Portrait Session*
A 20 minute photoshoot for up to 6 people in a single location, your choice of 5 professionally edited, high resolution digital images available to you through digital download with print release.
*Mini sessions may only be offered on specific dates, look for those dates to be announced on Valerie P Photography website and facebook page. (This one is great for families with littles, short and sweet and painless!)

Additional digital images may be added to your package either by single download or image packages, available through ordering on your online gallery. Fall in love with every image from your session? I thought you might... there's a package option for that too!
